Preschool
The Taylor primary Preschool area is a new purpose learning environment in the main primary school building. We currently have three classes operating.
Entering Kindergarten can be a big step for some children. To ensure that our children are confident with their transition to kindergarten we organise a series of excursions, visits and shared experiences to build familiarity with the school setting, teachers and staff and of course the older children. A Buddy Program is an important part of the support offered to preschoolers and those contacts between younger and older children will be ongoing.

Enrolling/Transferring - ACT Public Schools

Parents/carers are welcome to apply to enrol/transfer their child at any time during the school year using an online application form. Full details are available from the Education website.
Enrolments for Taylor Preschool are accessed through an online enrolment process.
Applications for 2018 enrolment will open in Term 2 2017. The child must have turned four by the 30 April in the year they are to commence. Priority placement is given to the following - children who live in area; children who are cared for in area; children who have siblings already attending Taylor Primary School. Upon enrolment the following documentation should be presented:
- proof of age
- proof of residency
- proof of immunisation.
